Our heritage is a rich tapestry that grows richer with each passing year. Facets of our family heritage has been embodied in a Family Heritage Necklace and a Family Heritage Crest. Both the necklace and the crest were designed exclusively for the Crawford Family by talented members of the Crawford Family.
Each Family Heritage Necklace was designed and hand-crafted by Freddy Crawford. Freddy is the son of Johnny Crawford. Freddy’s goal was to hand-craft a necklace for every member of the Crawford Family. Before he became ill in 2003, he had been able to give necklaces to just about every family member.
The Family Heritage Crest was designed by Kent Jackson. Kent is the son of Rose Jackson and the grandson of Willie Lee Crawford. Kent has combined African symbols representing different aspects of our heritage to create the crest design.
