Congratulations Dr. Josephine C. Bell!

The Arkansas Music Educators Association named Dr. Josephine C. Bell to the ArkMEA Hall of Fame for 2008. This award is presented annually to music educators who have made a significant positive contribution to the improvement of music education in Arkansas. This presentation was made during the ArkMEA Fall Professional Development Conference last November. The ArkMEA truly appreciates the significant role Josephine has had through the years in furthering the musical education of countless Arkansas students.

Josephine is the daughter of Willie Crawford. She is married to Dr. James Bell of Pine Bluff/White Hall, Arkansas.
