Hey Crawford Family,

We’re Zooming again! We took a poll this summer and the consensus was clear – The Crawfords are having another virtual reunion in 2021!!

The 59th Crawford Reunion will be held virtually on Saturday, December 4, 2021 at 2:00pm CST / 3:00pm EST via Zoom.

What will the program include?

Prayer
Family Roll Call
Family History
Annual Poem
Reunion Song
Memorial
Business Discussion
Closing Prayer

**There will also be raffles and a family history contest built into the program so that we can have more family interaction!

What do you need to do to participate?

Download the ZOOM app on your computer or phone. Make sure your ZOOM app is the most recent version. We would recommend your computer because it will allow you to see more participants on the screen at once.

Please note: if do not have Windows 7, Windows 8, Windows 10, or Windows 11 on your PC you will not be able to participate in the Raffle or Quizzes.

For those of you who would prefer to just dial in and listen, we will provide a call-in number so that you can still be a part of the reunion.

For the Family History:

Send in any updates to Crissy Keys-Haynes at (773) 750-2246 or eckhaynes14@gmail.com.

These updates must be sent by October 17, 2021 to be included in the presentation. So, please include a photograph of the person with their update.

For the Family Memorial:

Send in the name (and photograph if possible) of any family member you would like to have mentioned during the memorial ceremony. (These are the names we normally call out as Cousin Love pours the water)

These names should also be sent to Crissy Keys-Haynes at (773) 750-2246 or eckhaynes14@gmail.com. by October 17, 2021 to be included in the presentation.

Is there a virtual dress code?

Cousin Lola has designed a super cool reunion t-shirt for this year.

You can wear this year’s shirt OR you can wear any family reunion shirt you already own.

Don’t forget to wear your Crawford family necklace!

What else do I need to know?

We will send out a Zoom invitation with a link to the virtual reunion and the dial in number.

On Reunion Day, December 4, 2021, while the reunion program will start at 2:00pm CST / 3:00pm EST, we are asking that you log on 15 to 30 minutes early to ensure everyone is connected on time.
